  1. Order Processing Time: Our First Ever Flash sale will be open from 11/17/24-12/3/24. All orders will ship the week of 12/8/24

  3. Shipping Rates: Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the shipping method and delivery location. 
  4. Delivery Times: Delivery times vary by location. Standard shipping usually arrives within 3-7 business days, while expedited options are available for quicker delivery.
  5. Tracking Information: Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email to monitor your delivery.

  7. Warm Weather Shipping: When shipping to warmer climates and during warmer months, we include ice packs and insulated packaging with chocolate varieties to maintain freshness and prevent melting. An additional fee may apply.
  8. Order Changes & Cancellations: Orders can be changed or canceled within 24 hours of purchase. Contact us immediately if you need to make adjustments.
  9. Shipping Limitations: At this time, we only ship within the United States. International shipping options may be available in the future.
  10. Damages and Quality Assurance: If your cookies arrive damaged or stale due to transit delays, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photos, and we’ll gladly provide a replacement or refund.
