- Warm Weather Shipping: When shipping to warmer climates and during warmer months, we include ice packs and insulated packaging with chocolate varieties to maintain freshness and prevent melting. An additional fee may apply.
- Order Changes & Cancellations: Orders can be changed or canceled within 24 hours of purchase. Contact us immediately if you need to make adjustments.
- Shipping Limitations: At this time, we only ship within the United States. International shipping options may be available in the future.
- Damages and Quality Assurance: If your cookies arrive damaged or stale due to transit delays, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photos, and we’ll gladly provide a replacement or refund.
